Removing the free version had no immediate effect. Sales trundled on unchanged for about a week, then started dropping - which they were probably due to do anyway. I put LE back on the store, and have released the 1.09 update.
1.09 contains a brand new level (albeit in an existing habitat), as well as the latest version of the Ancient Engine.

Any plans to drop the price back down? I would buy this game 100% for 2.99 but not 4.99.
Also, any plans to implement a global scoreboard? or anything to give players an incentive to go back and replay levels?
Maybe you could implement another mode of game play, where you add "free mode" levels where the object is to get the frog to the fly in the fewest amount of moves/shortest time to put on a global scoreboard?
I'm not planning on dropping the price again soon. My last two experiments - putting it down, putting it up - resulted in lower revenue.
I'll probably do a promotion for the next Save The Frogs Day.
It's five bucks. A latte costs more. James is working to make this game better and the guy needs to make a living.
If you like the game, another two bucks won't kill you. (I am saying this in a nice tone. Not judgmental.)
I know we are all "used to" getting apps for free or just 99 cents. But Ancient Frog must have taken James a LOT of time and money to bring it to us. We need to support him in his efforts or apps like this won't get made.
